Messenia is a one-person history project based in Melbourne, Australia. It publishes short quote videos and sells printable quote posters. This policy covers this website and the Messenia app, a personal tool that posts Messenia's own content to its own social accounts.

This website

• The site has no accounts, forms, cookies, ads or analytics.
• It is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and block abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

The Messenia app

The app connects only to accounts owned by Messenia, on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest, so it can publish Messenia videos and images there.

• It asks only for the permissions needed to publish posts, create boards and pins, and read the performance of Messenia's own posts.
• It does not read, collect, store or share data about any other person.
• Sign-in tokens are stored only on the owner's own computer and are used only for this purpose.
• No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
• Access can be revoked at any time in each platform's connected apps settings.

Buying prints

Prints are sold through Payhip, which handles checkout and payment under its own privacy policy. Messenia receives only the order details Payhip provides (such as your name and email) and uses them only to deliver your order and answer questions about it.
