These terms cover this website, the Messenia app and Messenia prints. By using them you agree to these terms.
The Messenia app
The app is a personal publishing tool used only by Messenia to post its own content to its own accounts. It is not offered to the public, and it follows the terms of each platform it connects to.
Content
- The quotes come from historical figures; the designs, videos, text and images on this site belong to Messenia.
- You are welcome to share links to Messenia posts. Please do not repost or resell Messenia designs without permission.
- Messenia takes care to check quotes and facts, but content is provided as is for general interest, not as professional advice.
Prints
- Prints are digital downloads sold through Payhip. Nothing physical is shipped.
- A purchase gives you a licence to print the files for your own personal use, at home or through a print shop. It does not allow resale, redistribution or commercial use.
- Because files are delivered instantly, sales are final, except where Australian Consumer Law gives you a right to a remedy. If a file is faulty, email messeniaa@gmail.com and it will be fixed or refunded.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Messenia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using this site, the app or the prints. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
